MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

PROFILE OF THE

“IDEAL MIXER DRIVER”

1.       Minimum of 23 years of age.

2.       10 years of verifiable stable work history or back to H.S.

3.                 Must have a valid driver license

4.       Clean motor vehicle report (MVR)

5.       No suspensions in past 3 years

6.       Must past a DOT drug and physical

7.       Must be able to understand highway signs in English

 8.       High School Graduate Or Equivalent

9.                 Must be able to respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records

10.     Must have a willingness to learn

11.     Must have a good attitude and a neat personal appearance

12.     No criminal history

 13.     Must be in good physical conditio

14.             Able to lift at least 75lbs

15.     No personal problems in life i.e. bankruptcy, divorce
